TherapeuticsMD to Host TX-004HR Regulatory Update Conference Call and Webcast on May 8

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2017-- TherapeuticsMD, Inc. (NYSE MKT: TXMD), an innovative women’s healthcare company, today announced that, based upon the company’s expectation that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will finalize an action on the New Drug Application (NDA) for TX-004HR, an investigational bio-identical 17β-estradiol vaginal softgel capsule for the treatment of moderate-to-severe vaginal pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia), a symptom of vulvar vaginal atrophy (VVA) in postmenopausal women, on or before the originally scheduled Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) target action date of May 7, 2017, the company will host a conference call and live audio webcast to provide a TX-004HR regulatory update on Monday, May 8, 2017. The conference call and webcast will take place at 8:00 a.m. ET. TherapeuticsMD Chief Executive Officer Robert G. Finizio and Chief Financial Officer Dan Cartwright will host the call.
